Well, we have finally done it. We have finished revamping our website, and I am pretty pleased with how it came out. The main reason for re-doing it was to make it more user friendly, as well as tackle some issues brought about by the Google Panda. We had to take a careful look at ourselves and our message. We are providing air conditioning service and repair, and our old website had become more geared to the techie out there, rather than that father whose furnace just gave its dying breath at 2 in the morning. So we wanted our site to be able to give him answers right off the bat. you need service/ BAM we got service.
We have technicians 24 hours a day, and we have someone on the phones 24 hours a day. No automated jargon. At the same time we still wanted to be a source of information for those who have relied on us in the provision of technical expertise, manuals and diagrams. We believe to have come up with the best marriage between those two aspects of our company, and this new site should cater and be more friendly to all. Well take a look and please let us know where we could improve it..

Below is our old site, in all its glory, and as you can probably tell - you needed a guide to go through that site. That is what sometimes happens when you are too close to something. It makes sense to you, but to someone else, it might be a little tricky.
